This website uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker. It contains no form and loads no content from any other website.

Like any website, its servers record technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, language shown) to keep the service secure and working properly. They are kept for a limited time, then deleted.

If you write to us, your address and your message are used only to reply to you: they are passed on to no one and are deleted once the exchange is over. You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete them by writing to contact@umzly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookie

This website sets only one cookie, named lang, and only if you choose a language in the language menu. It remembers that choice to show you the website in that language on your next visits.

It is used only at addresses that do not give a language, such as www.umzly.com: an address that gives one, such as www.umzly.com/de/, is always shown in that language.

It is a technical cookie, not a tracking cookie: it holds only the code of the chosen language (for example “en”), is read only by this website and is passed on to no one. It is used neither to identify you, nor to measure your visit, nor for advertising. It expires after one year; you can also delete it at any time in your browser settings, and the website then goes back to your browser's language.

As it is used only to remember a choice you made, this cookie is exempt from consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, “loi Informatique et Libertés”, and CNIL guidelines on cookies): this is why the website shows no cookie banner.
